QA Manager

- Bachelor’s Degree

- 3-5 years QA experience

- Computer skills; ability to learn new systems quickly

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Detail-oriented

- Demonstrated skills in coaching, mentoring, training

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Exceptional motivational and interpersonal skills


- In this role, you will lead the overall strategy and execution of Cloverleaf’s quality assurance program to ensure a high standard of quality and reliability for our customers

- Our team is empowered to go to bat for the customer, and know when to question the norm to make sure our customers have an amazing experience

- Attend and contribute to both internal and client calibration sessions
Help write and maintain the knowledge base in ZenDesk to ensure user facing documentation is accurate and complete

- Understand data science vision in order to help train models and interpret data

- Maintain documentation related to core data requirements for the product

- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management of the company

- Must have high endurance for testing new products as well as driving improvement in customer success


$80-120k (DOE)
