The “Why” Behind Our Biggest Update Yet
When Jeremy and I started Cloverleaf AI just over 4 years ago, we were frustrated by how hard it was to connect the public and private sectors effectively. We believed then, as we do now, that better relationships between government buyers and vendors create better services for citizens, but that those relationships take time to build.
As government modernization accelerates, the challenge isn’t a lack of available data but efficiently surfacing the signal from all the noise. With that in mind, I’m extremely excited to announce the next generation of Cloverleaf features, all designed to help you engage more strategically with government buyers.
Insights: Your Personal Government Intelligence Analyst
Our Insights feature has evolved beyond single-meeting analysis. Now you can generate personalized intelligence reports on up to 100 meetings at once—whether you’re focused on a specific government entity, department, or individual official. Want to understand Denver’s complete public safety tech stack? Insights will analyze dozens of meetings and surface every vendor mention, budget discussion, and procurement decision with specific citations and timestamps, transforming weeks of manual research into minutes of strategic intelligence. Show up to your first client call with your discovery already done.
Documents: See What’s Coming Before It Happens
We’ve heard your requests for more sources of data on our platform and are so excited to be introducing agendas, with minutes, budget plans, CIPs, and resolution packets in the pipeline. This significantly expands our coverage, particularly for smaller communities that publish documents but don’t post meeting videos. Since agendas are typically posted 24-72 hours ahead of meetings, you can now identify relevant discussions in advance and filter signal from noise more effectively.
Vocal Fingerprinting: Follow Decision-Makers Across Every Meeting
Our custom Speech-to-Text API identifies unique audio signatures for every speaker, creating vocal fingerprints that we can name and track across agencies and jurisdictions. Our database now includes over 70,000 verified speakers – so if you’re trying to engage with the Dallas Chief of Police, you can find him at the Dallas City Council last night, presenting on CAD systems in Denton County three weeks ago, and testifying at the Texas State Legislature three months ago. We’ve integrated Insights into Speaker ID as well, to expedite your understanding of people’s specific needs, pain points, and goals across different contexts
Try It Out
These updates represent months of engineering work and feedback from our user community. We’ve built these features to solve real problems we see in the market: inefficient research processes, missed opportunities, and shallow relationship building. If you’re ready to move from manual tracking to systematic intelligence gathering, we’d love to show you what’s possible.
